Ordering
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Out of stock items will be backordered and we will notify you if there are such items.

Viewing Orders
Once you have signed up or logged in you can view your order, as well as the status of your order. We will email you confirmation when your order is shipped. It is recommended that you add a phone number so we may contact you, if necessary.
Returns & Replacements
Orders received may be returned in their original condition within 7 days. Please contact us if you would like to return any items. Returned items without prior approval will not be accepted.
