Herbal Tooth Paste
Makes 60 ml/2 fl.oz.
Ingredients:
8 Level tbsp Tooth Paste Powder Blend
50ml (2 1/2 Tbsp) Tooth Paste Gel
20 drops Flavour Flavour choices: Fresh Mint Essential oil blend or Licorice Zest Essential oil blend
Strawberry Sensation natural flavour
Other flavours to try: Fennel, Cinnamon, Spearmint, Peppermint, Anise
Plastic Bottle with flip top or pump
Directions:
Blend Powder, Gel and flavour together using a fork, wire whisk or hand blender until smooth.
Pour into a plastic bottle with flip top or pump or a tottle container. Store powder and gel ingredients for up to one year in a cool dry place. Shelf life of finished tooth paste is approx. 6 months. Occasionally shake or stir tooth paste as some settling and separating may naturally occur.
Mouth Wash
Makes 125 ml/4 fl.oz.
Ingredients:
50ml Witch Hazel
50ml Distilled water
20ml Vegetable Glycerin
5 drops Fennel essential oil
10 drops Peppermint essential oil
Plastic Bottle with flip top
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shake well.
Pour into a plastic bottle with flip top. Shelf life of finished mouth wash approx. 6 months. Shake before use.
